Since the changes to the outlines has anyone contacted the city of Winnipeg (or other municipalities) about placing caches in city parks? |

Currently , this is not a requirement by the City of Winnipeg. For our region, only National Parks and Provincial Parks require permission. If this does change, it will be reflected on the regional wiki. _________________ "So do they sometimes hide caches in dog poo like this?" "No, that's real poo. You might want to put that down." |
